DirtFest 2011

May 26, 2011

This past weekend, a few of us from the studio hit up DirtFest 2011 with the PMBA crew. This annual mountain bike festival is hosted by Dirt Rag Magazine and features group rides, sponsor tents, bike demos, camping with waterfront views, great beer, and live music. However, with over 32 miles of flowing single track, the Allegrippis Trails take center stage. These hand-sculpted trails are sustainably built with one thing in mind: speed. They are buttery smooth with momentum-feeding rollers, twisting turns, and tons of elevation change. Make sure that you bring your fastest, lightest bike and lots of water because you will not want to stop. The whole weekend was a blast and left us wanting more.

Visit the Allegrippis Trails website for trail maps, directions, and current trail conditions.

Opening Day at Launch Bike Park

May 12, 2011

It’s no secret that we have been putting in some quality time with the PMBA crew lately, moving dirt and building trails at Launch Bike Park in preparation for opening day. Monsoon-like weather pushed the opening date back, but you couldn’t have asked for better riding conditions when they fired up the lifts on that following Saturday – 70 degrees & sunny! The park already has tons of quality trails featuring everything from natural rock drops and wooden features to rocky downhill with fast, flowy berms. It’s only a half hour from Philly and is shaping up to be an awesome freeride destination. Check out their Facebook page for more information, and when you get up there look for us at the PMBA tent.

Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Ad

May 4, 2011

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world’s largest voluntary (nonprofit) health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and patient services.  We recently completed this ad for the LLS’s upcoming Light the Night Walk Corporate Reception down at Citizen’s Bank Park.  It’s always great when we can support causes we care about.  Please take a moment to learn more about the Society and if interested learn more about Light the Night.
